Our Wedding Cake shaped cheese spread surrounded by a large selection of domestic and imported cheeses, garnished with grape clusters and served with crackers

*Bruschetta Station *

Slices of fresh bruschetta bread ready to be topped with warm Swiss-wine, Shrimp-artichoke and Parmesan-pepper spreads.   Also served with chilled tomato-basil topping and grated parmesan cheese

*Vegetable Station*

Basket display of fresh vegetables surrounded by more fresh crispy vegetables.   Served with Ranch dip, Roasted pepper Hummus, Spinach dip and crusty bruschetta bread slices

*Soup Shooter Station*

Shooter cups ready to be filled with our three most popular soups.....Mushroom-brie, Herb Tomato Bisque and Wisconsin Cheese, served with Fresh baked breads, butter and boursin spread

Devilled Eggs, Homemade BBQ Meatballs, Bourbon BBQ cocktail franks, Vegetables with ranch dip, Cheese and crackers----all time favorite appetizers!

*Spectacular Salad Display"

Mango & greens Martini salad tossed in mango dressing, Tulip champagne glasses filled with fresh fruit and topped with cherry dressing, Mini Martini glasses with Tortellini salad, Brandi snifters filled with Caesar Salad and Cosmo Glasses filled with Traditional tossed salads topped with ranch dressing

Dinner Stations

*Mashed Potato Martini Station*

Our Staff will scoop up your guests choice of mashed potatoes (Mashed Yukon golds, Red skin potatoes and Sweet potatoes) and your guests will top with a variety of toppings and gravies---always a hit!

*Asian Station*

Chinese takeout boxes ready to be filled with Beef LoMein, Chicken stir fry, Asian rice and Eggrolls with sweet & sour sauce (chopsticks available for the brave and talented)

*Quesadilla Station*

Our Staff will make quesadillas to order!!  Tortilla shells, tons of cheese, seasoned taco beef, vegetable fillers, refried beans, strips of fajita chicken, served with salsa, sour cream and guacomole on the side

*French Station*

Fresh baked petite croissants ready to be filled with french boursin and butter,  Cordon Bleu, and Chicken & broccoli crepes

*Greek Station*

Petite gyro's, Greek pasta salad, Cheese Spanokopitas,  and plenty of olives!

*Taco Station*

Everything needed to make soft shell and traditional crunchy shell tacos!!  Taco meat, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, salsa, refried beans and sliced black olives, served with  Nacho chips with warm cheese sauce

*Pasta Station*

A variety of pastas, ready for your guests to top with Marinara and Alfredo , Grilled mushrooms, grilled peppers & onions,  Italian meatballs and sliced Italian sausage.   Served with grated parmesan cheese

*Italian Station*

Parmesan Chicken Strips, Italian beef with peppers & onions on Ciabatta, and Italian meatballs

*BBQ Station*

 Smoked beef brisket sliders, Shredded BBQ Pork sliders,  and Shot glasses of our homemade Red Skin Potato salad

Chicken Fajita Bar (grilled fajita strips of chicken, shells, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacomole, salsa and grilled peppers & onions) served alongside  Southwestern Corn bread with butter

 Cheese Enchiladas, Mini wet burritos and Pork Barbacoa served with tortillas, served along side Spanish Rice

Whole Roasted turkeys, hand carved on site!  Served with orange-cranberry sauce, Cornbread Dressing,  and Fresh baked Dinner rolls with butter
