WEDDING CATERING INFORMATION
Pricing on this website is valid for events that take place in 2013
Unless otherwise noted, there is a catering minimum when ordering from this menu
This minimum is based on many factors, including day of week, time of year and distance to be traveled
Service staff and one on-site manager are included with catering
A minimum Gratuity will automatically be added into your final invoice based on level of service
Buffet style/china 12%
Buffet style/standard or disposable tableservice 10%
Sit down or family style service 15%
Additional gratuity for outstanding service is always appreciated by our service staff
Due to the high cost of gasoline, a delivery fee may apply. This fee is 1.00 per mile for any mile over 40 from our facility, based on one way. For example, if your event is 60 miles from our facility, you can expect a 20.00 delivery fee.
Michigan state 6% sales tax is applied to all orders.
Additional service charges may occur for events with a delay in serving time or for those who request longer service hours.
Multiple buffet set ups for groups with 200 or more guests are available, room permitting, at no extra charge. For multiple buffet lines for groups with 100-199 guests, please add $35.00 per additional buffet.
Remaining food are always yours to keep! We will package these foods for you. After our staff departs, it is your responsibility to insure that food is stored properly and at proper/safe temperatures. If you desire not to keep remaining foods, we will deliver items to an area food kitchen/mission on your behalf.
If linens are needed prior to your event, you may obtain them earlier from us. Please call for details.
A non-refundable/non- transferrable down payment of $250.00 is required to secure your date.
Final payment is due in full 72 hours prior to your event. We accept cash, check and major credit card.
A service fee of $25.00 will be charged on all checks returned unpaid by your bank.
Please make all final arrangements a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to your event in regards to menu, services, times and selections.
Final guest count is due ten (10) days prior to your event. Please supply the number of adult and child reservations.
We will set up for the number of guaranteed guests. If you wish to set additional place settings there will be a small charge per setting.
If you desire that the linen tablecovers be left on tables after our staff departs, we request that you return these by the Wednesday following your event.
Please note that we utilize square linens on round tables. If round linens are requested, we can refer you to a reputable rental company.

Certain venues do charge a catering surcharge. We do cover these if your catering order is over 1500.00 (not including tax and gratuity). Maximum amount that we will cover for a venue surcharge is up to 400.00
