WEDDING CATERING INFORMATION

Pricing on this website is valid for events that take place in 2010

Unless otherwise noted, there is a catering minimum when ordering from this menu

For Local catering is a minimum of $1000.00

Local is considered Wyoming, Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Grandville, Jenison, Hudsonville, Zeeland, Comstock Park, Sparta, Lowell, Dorr, Rockford, Wayland, Jamestown, Ada, Coopersville, Conklin,  Kent City, Cedar Springs, Casnovia and Ravenna

Other areas are as follows:

$1500 minimum for Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon, Grant, Spring Lake, Saugatuck, Hopkins, Allegan, Hastings, Grand Ledge, Portland, Belding, Greenville, Grant, Newaygo, Croton, Stanton, Otsego, Plainwell, Battle Creek,  and  Kalamazoo

$2500 minimum for Whitehall, Twin Lake, Hesperia, Fremont, White Cloud, Big Rapids, Alma, Mt, Pleasant, St Johns, Lansing, East Lansing, Charlotte, Eaton Rapids, Marshall, Portage, PawPaw and South Haven

$4000.00 minimum for  St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, Three Rivers, Centreville, Coldwater, Jackson, Midland, Reed City, Cadillac, Baldwin, Shelby, Ludington, Hart and New Era

$5500 minimum for Manistee, Frankfort, Traverse City and Houghton Lake

$7000 minimum for Ann Arbor, Detroit areas, Bay City, Flint and Saginaw

Service staff and one on-site manager are included with catering.  We do NOT charge an additional service fee.  Gratuities, however, are always appreciated by our staff.   Gratuity is left at your discretion.

Michigan state 6% sales tax is applied to all orders.

Additional service charges may occur for events with a delay in serving time or for those who request longer service hours.

Multiple buffet set ups for groups with 200 or more guests are available, room permitting, at no extra charge.  For multiple buffet lines for groups with 100-199 guests, please add $25.00 per additional buffet.

Remaining food are always yours to keep!    We will package these foods for you.   After our staff departs, it is your responsibility to insure that food is stored properly and at proper/safe temperatures.  If you desire not to keep remaining foods, we will deliver items to an area food kitchen/mission on your behalf.

If linens are needed prior to your event, you may obtain them earlier from us.  Please call for details.

A non-refundable/non- transferrable down payment of $200.00 is required to secure your date.   Dates can only be held for seven (7) days without the down payment.

Final payment is due in full  72 hours prior to your event.   We accept cash, check and major credit card.  We apologize, but we cannot accept any credit card payment over $500.00 via the telephone for security reasons.  Credit card must be present for all charges over $500.00.

A service fee of $25.00 will be charged on all checks returned unpaid by your bank.

Please make all final arrangements a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to your event in regards to menu, services, times and selections. 

Final guest count is due ten (10) days prior to your event.   Please supply the number of adult and child reservations.

We will set up for the number of guaranteed guests.    If you wish to set additional place settings there will be a small charge per setting.

If you desire that the linen tablecovers be left on tables after our staff departs, we request that you return these by the Wednesday following your event.

Please note that we utilize square linens on round tables.   If round linens are requested, we can refer you to a reputable rental company.

Appointments to discuss your event are always welcome!   Please contact us to schedule your appointment.

Certain venues do charge a catering surcharge of 10% -25%.   Please contact us if your are unsure if your venue requires this surcharge.  Unfortunately we must pass this surcharge along to our customers.
